How long do your juices last?

Our juices are raw, unpasteurized, and come frozen to lock in freshness. Once thawed, we recommend enjoying them within2 days for the best taste and benefits. Be sure to keep them cold and drink them fresh!

Are your juices organic?

Yes! We use 100% organic produce in all of our juices. You deserve the cleanest, most nourishing ingredients — and that’s exactly what we deliver in every bottle. 🌱

Do you ship or offer local pickup?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states - including Hawaii & Alaska. We also ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and the Armed Forces. Orders are processed in 1–3 days, and shipping typically takes another 1–3 days to arrive. We do not offer local pickup or delivery at this time — but stay tuned!

What’s the best way to prepare for a cleanse?

Ease into it! Start cutting back on caffeine, processed foods, meat, and dairy about 1–2 days before your cleanse. Fill your plate with fruits, veggies, smoothies, and simple whole foods to support a smoother detox. Do I have to drink the juices in a certain order?

Not at all — follow your intuition! We provide a suggested schedule with each cleanse, recommending a juice every 1.5–2 hours, with lots of water in between. But feel free to switch up the order based on what your body feels called to.

How do I store and thaw the juices?

Your juices are delivered frozen and should go straight back into the freezer upon arrival. They’ll stay fresh for up to 6 months frozen. To thaw, move them to the fridge 24–48 hours before drinking. In a pinch, you can leave them on the counter for a few hours or place in a warm water bath to speed things up.

Can I work out during the cleanse?

Yes — but always listen to your body. Many people feel light and energized, making gentle movement like walking, stretching, or yoga feel amazing. If you’re used to intense workouts, consider slowing it down. This cleanse is about restoring, not pushing — so stay hydrated, get rest, and move with intention.

How often should I drink fresh juice or do a cleanse?

We believe in small rituals with big impact. Starting each morning with one juice can support your energy, digestion, and overall mood. For deeper resets, we recommend doing a 3–7 day cleanse seasonally— spring, summer, fall, and winter — or even once a week as part of your regular routine. Always listen to what your body needs and feels called to.

Can kids drink these juices?

Yes — and they love them! All of our juices come in 8 oz bottles, making them perfect for kids (and adults!) to enjoy nutrient-dense goodness in a kid-friendly serving.

Can I do a cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don’t recommend doing a full cleanse during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. However, adding 1 fresh juice a day can be a beautiful way to stay hydrated and nourish your body with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Always consult your healthcare provider first.

How do the juices stay cold during shipping?

Each order is packed with care inside 2-inch-thick insulated boxes and shipped frozen with ice packs to keep them cold in transit. Everything is designed to preserve freshness until they reach your doorstep.
